You start with a short conversation rather than a long form. You can say as much or as little as you want — there's no minimum, and nothing is required beyond what's needed to reach you.

We ask about the practical constraints too: whether you're looking for in-person or virtual, roughly when you're free, and how you intend to pay. Those things narrow the field, but they don't decide the match.

We match on fit, not only filters.

Licensure, modality and availability are constraints we respect absolutely — a therapist has to be licensed where you are and actually have room for you.

Beyond that floor, the match considers what you've said you need from the person you'll be sitting with. Someone who will push, or someone who will mostly listen. Someone who has sat with the thing you're carrying before.

A warm handoff, then we step back.

You're introduced to a therapist who already knows something about why you're reaching out, so the first session doesn't start from zero.

From there, the relationship is between you and your therapist. iRevie is not in the room, does not sit in on care, and does not become part of your treatment.
